Not so good:
The face shield is too short. It comes down to just above my chin level, makes for increased wind noise and the wind hits my chin, where my HJC helmet shield covered very well.
For me, the sun visor is not dark enough nor do I care for the design of the visor. The nose cutout is unnecessary (I guess unless you have a HUGE nose) and it is a visual distraction. My HJC had a sliding visor, so you could have partial or complete visor. This one is all or nothing with one click/twist.
For the money, I probably would look elsewhere for one that suits my needs better next time. For now it will suffice.
