We bought these to use in our motorhome. It’s a gas class A and we live in the mountains. It can be very loud I up front thanks to the engine being between us as opposed to in back like a diesel.
Anyway..
The headsets work very well. The intercom function is very clear and the range is excellent. At the destination, My wife can walk all around outside the motorhome and give me clear instructions while parking.
Two things I may have missed during my research, first, the intercom has no side tone. In other words, you cannot hear yourself in the speakers when talking on intercom. Just takes some practice to train oneself to speak quietly. Definitely saves your voice and along with the passive noise suppression, helps reduce fatigue during a long drive. Second, you cannot listen to music or use phone in intercom mode. So, music OR intercom. Not both simultaneously.
Other than that, a great product. Highly recommend ????
