Order Status / Tracking

After logging into your account on www.2wheel.com you'll be able to access your Order History to view every order you've placed and the status of the order shipment. If your order has already been shipped, the page will display the package tracking information from UPS. There are six different status designations for each item you've ordered:

Complete

Your order has been shipped and you will be notified via email to check your account with the tracking number.

Processed

The item has been ordered and awaiting confirmation that it has shipped.

Backorder

The item is currently out of stock in all of the manufacturers' US warehouses but is still in production and is therefore not considered to be discontinued. 2Wheel will ship all non-backordered parts as soon as possible and will ship the backordered item - when it arrives from the manufacturer - by ground service at no additional charge. If the backordered item does not arrive within 25 days, it will be cancelled from your order.

Not Finished

If you get an email notifying you the order is not finished you did not complete the transaction.

Declined

If you get an email notifying you the order was declined it is solely because your payment method rejected the purchase.

Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order (or a part of an order), send an email to support@2wheel.com. Please be sure to provide us with the order ID! 2Wheel works extremely hard to fill orders in the shortest amount of time possible.

Most orders ship same day and we strive to get the package to you ASAP but it also becomes very hard to cancel an order. If your order status is COMPLETE your order has already shipped and you are responsible for the return of the item.

1-3 Day Shipping Program

ALL qualifying orders placed before 3PM PST will ship same day and arrive to your door within 3 days!

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $75.

Program Details and Restrictions
  • Offer applies to the lower 48 continental states within the United States only.
  • Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will usually ship on the next business day.
  • On rare occasions the 1-3 Day delivery window may not be met due to extenuating circumstances and in such situations 2Wheel is not responsible for delayed shipments.
  • Heavy oversized items placed in an order will not qualify the order for the 1-3 Day Shipping Program. The order will be shipped normal as quickly as possible with additional fees if required.
  • Some orders with multiple line items will be consolidated and can cause shipping delay.

Q: How do I know if the item qualifies for 1-3 Day Shipping Program?

Each product page will have detailed shipping lead times. Each product page will clearly show if the item qualifies for the 1-3 Day Shipping Program. Most items do qualify.

Q: What happens if my item does not get to my door within 3 days?

Although we try very hard to get your item to your door within 3 days it can't be guaranteed and 2Wheel is not responsible for late packages. No refunds will be issued for late packages.

Q: When Will My Order Ship?

2Wheel works hard to ship your order as soon as possible! Most orders will ship same day, though sometimes unexpected delays caused by a manufacturer can result in a delay. The 2Wheel system will automatically notify you as soon as we are made aware of any delay in the fulfillment of your order.
