Hiring - Customer Service Rep

The successful candidate for this position is a product expert and customer service specialist.

This position focuses on all levels of customer service via phone, email and other communication channels, taking service to another level by facilitating all aspects of customer interaction. The position involves working with our logistics team, techs, suppliers, manufacturers, and other staff on a case by case basis to ensure over delivers on our Great Service Promise.

Necessary Skills
  • Love motorcycle gear and motorcycles
    You can't be an expert if you don't love the subject matter.
  • Be excited to learn
    There's always more to learn about motorcycle gear, riding, racing and bike modification.
  • Detail oriented, proactive and conscientious with a commitment to self improvement.
  • Excellent, polished communication skills both verbally and through writing.
  • Enjoy speaking to people. We help riders everyday. All day.
    If you don't like people, you won't dig it here.
  • Ability to shed bad habits, hustle, be proactive and learn the way of customer service.

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or ecommerce environments is preferred.

Foreign language(s) a plus.
