Maxxis ML1 Carnivore Front/Rear Utility Tires
The Maxxis Carnivore Tire was designed to plow through tacky and mud terrain while still working well on other surfaces. The Tread offers a jagged look with tall side lugs and a flat profile. Spacing on the Maxxis Carnivore allows for good traction and good mud cleanout. The sidewall has protruding tread block to grab rocks and ruts while protecting the thick sidewall this tire to limit tire punctures.
The carcass on the Maxxis Carnivore is made with an 8 Ply radial construction and is less likely to get punctures but still offering a hefty feel. You can get the Maxxis Carnivores in 28, 30 and 32s and are non-directional.
Customer feedback says the Carnivore tire is on the more aggressive side of an all-terrain tire and reviews show strong performance on rocks, roots and desert terrains. Performance is well received on hardpack environments while still having a strong forward drive.
