Size Fit Guarantee: First Return Free!

If an apparel item (including helmets) doesn't fit, don't worry – we allow you to return your first item free of charge. No Restock Fees. No Hassle. Free Pre-Paid Label. Just slap the label on the box and drop it in the mail.

Free Return

* Apparel includes helmets, jackets, pants, boots and gloves. Closeouts excluded. First item only. If you're unsure if an item qualifies, look for the Free Return icon on the product page.

Return items in brand new, unused condition with the original box and packaging and receive a full, no-hassle refund with no restock fees.

No-Hassle Returns with No Restock Fees

We want to ensure you're completely happy with your order. You can return an item within 30 days of purchase provided the item is returned in brand new, unused condition with all the contents and packaging intact. All refunds will be issued using the same payment method used to place the order.

Return Exemptions

  • Tires & Batteries can not be returned
  • Electronics may be returned, but all seals must be intact

Return Process

We make it simple to return items that don't meet expectations:

  • With Account
    Login to your account and visit the Returns page to follow the instructions for generating an RA#.

  • No Account
    If you did not create an account at checkout, please visit our Track Order page to create a new account and request a new RA#.
** Please do not send returns to our address without the RA# or the package will be refused and sent back to you. Once the RA# is approved you will be sent via email all the instructions for the return process.

Customers within the lower 48 states have the option to use a prepaid label service for a flat rate of $12.99 (oversized excluded). Instructions for requesting the prepaid label service will be in your account prior to requesting a new RA#.

Pre-Paid label service is not applicable if you:

  • Select self return shipping
  • Are returning oversized items
  • Are returning closeout items

Exchanges

2Wheel does not accept exchanges on any orders. After you return the item you can simply purchase the new item and a refund will be applied on your returned order. If your order qualifies for free shipping (over 49.99) it will be applied on the new order.

2Wheel Cash

If you're returning an item and you earned 2Wheel Cash that amount will be deducted from your account at the point of return. If you have already redeemed the 2W Cash on the returned item the value will be deducted from your refund.

Affirm

If you need to return an item that you purchased with Affirm, please login to your account with 2Wheel.com. The same Return Policy applies to Affirm orders. When 2Wheel processes your refund, Affirm will credit any payments you have made on your loan, up to the amount of this refund and less any interest you have paid, to your original form of payment. If 2Wheel issues a partial refund on the order you placed, (for example, you financed 3 items and only returned 1), it will first be credited to the last monthly bill associated with your loan at affirm. If the refund amount is greater than the last monthly bill with Affirm, the remainder of the refund will be applied to the preceding month(s). You will still be responsible for any outstanding balance on the loan with Affirm.

Used, Damaged or Warranty Returns

Any item that has been used or opened that does not come back undamaged and with all tags and paperwork cannot be returned. Damaged, used, or incomplete items will be returned to the customer.

In the unlikely event that your item was shipped and damaged in route we will require you to send us pictures at support@2wheel.com and clearly outline the damage. We will work diligently to assist with damaged and missing item claims.

Warranty items are not the responsibility of 2Wheel as the verified retailer. When a warranty issue comes to our attention we will work with the customer and the manufacturer to help solve the issue. All warranty cases are decided by the manufacturer on a case-by-case basis.
